  1. I e-filed my taxes at jackson hewitt on feb.3 an im still waiting on the 14th,how long does it take

    • The IRS clearly ststes there will be a 1 week delay. They also have not given out who this is affecting.

      • “One week delay” means what? Checking the IRS website, the Where’s My Refund function isn’t even working! Honestly, I’m skeptical about IRS’s forthrightness (is that a word?).

  2. i -efiled my return with no problems on january 18th. IRS accepted it the 19th. i checked my account today 2/1/2012 and no money. i went to where’s my refund link and it says 2/7/2012 what the hell. i have been in desperate need to get caught up due to hours at work being decreased. this is rediculous. i guess we all just have to bend over and take it.

  3. Filed on 2/3/2012 but there is a delay till the 28th??? This is def. a huge convenience on this. Is there a reason why?

  6. eFiled on January 25 and was accepted by the IRS on the 26th. It is now February 20 and I still haven’t received it…almost one month later! All it says is “Your tax return is still being processed.”

  7. I filed mine Jan28,it was accepted Feb14. Still havent received it. All the IRS says is it’s still being processed. They dang sure get their money. I think it’s stupid that they are holding onto what’s mine.

  8. I am in the same boat as everybody else. WTF I am gonna charge an intrest and a penalty and want it now

  9. I have exactly the same issue. do any of these situations apply to you? EIC? Head of Household? Marital status change? Huge medical deduction? Huge court fees? I had a crappy 2013. might as well start off 2014 with an audit.

  10. I mailed tax return 2-9-17 it’s been 2 weeks and 5days and where’s my refund said they can’t provide any information about my refund how long will this take
