When Discover rolled out their new line of cash back credit cards called Discover it, they included a student version of the card: the Discover it Student card with a $20 sign up bonus.

How to Get Your $20 Sign Up Bonus

  1. Apply for the Discover it Student credit card.
  2. Make a purchase within 3 months of opening the account.
  3. Get a $20 Cashback Bonus!

Discover Terms and Conditions

  • No annual fee.
  • To be eligible for the Discover it Student Credit Card you must be a college student.
  • Promotional award will be applied within 8 weeks.
  • You must sign up for each 5% program (see below).

5% Cashback. Each quarter cardmembers can sign up for rotating 5% cash rewards on purchases up to the quarterly cap, including things like gas, movies, and restaurants.

Earning Cashback. Automatically earn a full 1% Cashback on purchases over the 5% cap and all other purchases.
