What about statement credits – can you get that instead of travel?
I just logged into my account. When I select statement credit for the 20,000 points, it shows that I can get a $200 statement credit.
So, yes you can get a statement credit, although it’s a lower conversion rate.
It also gives you the option to deposit to a U.S. Bank Checking or Savings Account.
