Happy Tax Day! As I’m finishing up the last few returns for clients today, here are some fun tips to get you through your return.
Tax Day Freebies. Check the list of free food and specials for tax day at Slickdeals Tax Freebies.
Check Your 2006 Return. Today is the last day to file an amended tax return for tax year 2006. You get smarter every year, so why not pull out your 2006 return and glance over to make sure you didn’t overlook anything that could have resulted in a bigger refund?
Tax Credits Ending Soon. You can still take advantage of the tax credit for existing homeowners if you have a signed contract by April 30, 2010.
