    BEWARE, the phone is STOLEN 1) The IMEI in the back is erased 2) The battery doesn't work fine 3) The guarantee is expired 4) The Iphone is not a new item and it has been modified and has replaced pieces. I bougth a NEW PRODUCT. It seems a stolen Iphone. Im VERY DISSAPOINTED and ANGRY .

      My first impression of the Iphone 5 when opening the box was "what's the difference" compared to the 4s. But in the first 5 seconds. I fell in love with it. The screen is beautiful and the the phone is so fluid. The size is perfect. It's like the best of both worlds combining size and weight. Talk about light weight, I could put it in the same pocket as my wallet and feel no difference ( I usually have a wallet pocket and a phone pocket). I live in the Bahamas so we only have 3g. This phone grabs at 3g, there is a big difference in speed compared to my 4s. I have tried the Samsung galaxy S3,and got tired of it after 20 minutes. I just don't like Android It's so hard to take seriously compared to apple ios, like a bad imitation. The size of screen is most perfect. It's true apple did put a lot of thought into it. Lastly speed, this phone is super fast in every way from internet, wifi, games. I mean you could sit down and watch the the phone charge to 100% in i think 10-15 minutes or less. The phone is a great investment. You wont be sorry.

      Well, I do own an Iphone 5 and the product is great, however I tried to purchase this and the seller apparently went out of business, never refunded the money or let me know what was going on with my order. Amazon was awesome! I submitted a claim and got a full refund with no problems and very little effort in less than 2 days! So for a product review I do love this phone, I am partial to android but for my less tech savvy spouse this thing is great, phone calls, entertainment and the best way to keep from nagging at each other on long drives makes it a great addition to the family. Keeps her busy enough so she isn't verbally "assisting" my driving as much as normal. Also the blue tooth works perfect for streaming music to the stereo and hands free calling. As much as I am NOT an Apple fan form many reasons, this is a superb product if you don't need expandable storage or multiple tethering type options.

      I was scared to buy this at first because i looked at all the reviews but i got it in time, when i opened it, it was completely fine. I looked to check if anything was missing. The only i suspect was missing was the little book they usually give you with all the information on how to start it and how the phone works. That was the only thing i didnt find as far as i know. That scared me but the phone turned on. Then i put the sim in the phone and it didnt work so i got scared that it wasnt an unlocked phone and i had been tricked but once i showed my family, they told me that there was a little platic paper in the sim hole and it wouldnt work till i pulled it out. after that was smooth sailing. The phone works perfectly :)

      Apple is by definition Annoying. Be careful if you have kept current with all updates. I was not able to transfer all data and had to install as of it were a new phone (not a replacement ) even though I was going to a 5s from a 5s. The new phone only accepts what was available when the original phone was just purchased. Which is nothing. So I lost most of my info.

I got a 46G instead of 16G memory. then, before putting my simcard in, I checked the serial number with apple company and they told me it's not an unlocked phone! and I was pissed off and called these seller and told them I want to return the phone!!       Phone was delivered in 2 days as promised and the phone came in factory sealed box etc. So it's BRAND NEW. However, I called Apple to verify how much warranty I have remaining on this product and it turns out I dont have any warranty. This product comes with NO WARRANTY AT ALL and since the product is already out of the peroid of 1 yr manufacture date, Apple will not provide any warranty even if you wanted to buy one after buying the product.

      I thought I'd write about it as I couldn't find the warranty information when I was considering to buy this phone on amazon.

      Phone works fine. It is UNLOCKED so works right away with Straighttalk.

      More reviews in the next week as I get to know the battery condition of this phone. As that's one of the most important aspect w.r.t manufacturing date, warranty etc.

      I am from Venezuela, I had a bad experience when I bought an iPhone 3GS in Amazon two years ago because it read UNLOCKED on the description, but it was not, then I had to pay in the country to unlock it, so I was afraid to get another iPhone with the same problem.

      Phone battery would not hold a charge for more than a half hour of continuous use and even though it said that it had, for example, a 75% charge, it would still shut down. Finally took it into for a professional to look at and he was very clear that this phone was in NO way new, despite being sold as such. The battery was so old, it was swelling and because there was no protective cover over the battery, as a new iPhone 5 would have, the battery was rubbing on and damaging the screen. Half of the screws were loose or completely free moving inside the phone. A complete rip-off!
