I received this sleeve yesterday, and I can't say enough about how impressed I am. It was exactly what I wanted, as I like to use my Kindle "naked" but wanted something to protect it while not in use. This sleeve provides a perfect fit, snug but not suffocating. I can turn it upside down and shake it, the Kindle doesn't move. I really like the pattern I chose, the one with the big dots. But what struck me immediately is how well the sleeve is made. The stitching is immaculate. No loose threads anywhere. The inside of the sleeve is fantastic, too. Very soft and will not scratch the Kindle. I also like the 3 small ridges on both sides at the bottom of the sleeve, it does help to provide a more solid hold. My only complaint, and I am not deducting a star because of it, is it has "BUILT" in white lettering on the top left of the sleeve. I understand the need to market a product, but the tag on the inside also has the name on it. By the way, the tag on the inside of the case also tells you what it's made of and advises to machine wash on cold. Very nice, no wondering if it can withstand a washing machine. Overall, a very nice product. I would not hesitate to recommend this sleeve and very well may buy additional ones as gifts!

    Just like the BUILT sleeves I have used for Netbooks and laptops, this is a great sleeve built with function, quality and aesthetics. I bought this for use with the Kindle Touch and it fits snugly at first but provides perfect protection for throwing the Kindle in my book bag or backpack. Great quality, thick Neoprene and strong seems. There are even small ridges at the bottom of the case that allow for a good physical grip when it is time to pull the Kindle out of the case. There is no chance that your Kindle Touch will slide out on accident - the fit is snug and solid.

    I love the Scatter Dot design - like something out of the 70's. Definitely great cases worth the money!

    Update 10/20/12 - I just bought a new Kindle Paperwhite (on backorder) and ordered another one of these Built sleeves in the Formula 1 Red. I've had this color before for a Netbook and it's definitely on the orange side. Easily visible in a bag with other stuff. I love these sleeves and cases - the neoprene is extra thick and durable.

    this sleeve "protects your Kindle screen from scratches" just as it's said in the product description. i wouldn't drop a pile of books on it and will probably buy myself a harder cover as soon as there are nice ones available but so far the BUILT sleeve seems to be enough to keep the kindle scratch-free.

It looked well made and the colors looked close to the picture online. The reason why I gave it 1 star is because it was so tight. I struggled to put my Kindle in and I could only put it in half way. I was really disappointed because it clearly stated that the sleeve fits my Paperwhite.

    I bought this very cute case because it said it fit the Paperwhite. It does not. I supposed if I had forced it in it would have fit but then it would have been very difficult to remove it.

    Buy it for a regular Kindle but not for any of the thicker ones.

    This is a perfect fit for the Kindle Touch. I also have a skin on my kindle and it still fits. My kindle is protected when I'm not using it and there is no added weight when I take my Kindle out to use it.

    I clicked to review this again and found that I had already entered a review. I've had this item for several months now and I still love it. I have one little spot on mine that I would like to wash off but I'm not sure what the best way to wash it is. I really love this product. I have a decal sticker on my kindle and this compliments it well. I actually feel like my Kindle is protected. (My last Kindle got damaged when it was dropped while in a case.) I do not think that will be a problem with this case. I highly recommend this product.

    I bought this back in 2011 and is is now the end of 2014. I still love this case. I did finally wash it in the washing machine because something got spilled on the case. I came out beautiful and I wish I had the courage to wash it earlier. I do not think I would try washing it regularly but it will hold up well to a machine washing if necessary. This seriously still looks brand new. I carry it in my purse everywhere and frequently carry it to work or in a laptop bag as well. It gets tossed around a lot of places and shows no signs of wear and tear. Even the "BUILT" plastic label is still completely in tact. I went through 5 cases for my last kindle. This is the first and only case I have had my touch in and it is perfect.

    I wish I had known that this sleeve is not designed for the Kindle Touch with a cover. I use my Touch a lot in low light so the lighted cover is an essential. I wanted this sleeve to protect the Kindle+cover. It is a very poor fit unless I take my Kindle out of the cover.

    The sleeve is well made and cute. I didn't know it can't really accommodate a cover too. I am reviewing this so that others will have this information. I also think the sleeve is a bit pricey for what it is.

    Ich hatte schon mal eine solche Hülle von einer anderen Marke , für den ersten kindle . Der dort sich gut rein passte. Angeblich sollte da auch der paperwhite rein passen, was nicht stimmt.

    Daher habe ich mir nun diese Hülle im Angebot für 11,99 EUR gekauft.
    Der kindle paperwhite passt perfekt in diese Hülle. Er rutscht nicht raus und ist gut geschützt. Ich finde die neopren hüllen gut, innen ist ein flauschiger Stoff. Wenn man die Hülle dreht rutscht der kindle auch nicht raus.

    Für den paperwhite die perfekte Hülle.

    Man kann diese Hülle durch die Form gut halten und die Riffelung unten ist praktisch beim raus ziehen des kindle aus der Hülle.

    Die Farben sind wie abgebildet und es riecht alles neutral. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

With most things, you get what you pay for and this sleeve is very good looking, in fact its striking! its very well made and fits my new Kindle perfectly.
