    This is a gorgeous frame and a good price. However, it is extremely time intensive, and no reason to be. You have to remove 8 screws, loosen 4, and then pop out each frame individually; you can't just print them on a template and put them in like most collages. This would be a perfect frame if these changes were made. It doesn't need more than 2-4 screws and she should figure out how to slip in one piece of paper not do them 1x1.

    This was very easy to use! Just pop out the acrylic covers, use them to trace around your image, and place them back in. I used pictures of an actor off the internet to give as a gift to my daughter. It makes a very nice display.

    This isn't very good quality. It's plastic and could be much nicer but I couldn't find a higher quality version of it out there and really loved the idea. It was good in that I had to take it overseas and it was light weight. It doesn't come with instructions, I took the whole thing off the back and almost broke it trying to get it back on. All you do is stick a pen or something into the sides of the windows and pop the windows out.

    Very disappointed in this product. I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my mom. I was going to fill it with pictures of our family so she would have it to cherish for years to come. Upon receiving it I discovered several problems: 1) the a few of the picture frames are cracked on the surface and under the pictures, 2) it didn't come with instructions on how to insert your own pictures, 3) after figuring out how to replace the pictures I notice the material is very cheap and chips easily when removing the picture covers, and 4) the battery compartment is extremely delicate and can easily be damaged putting a battery in. This was not worth the money. Look for a better product.

    I was really hoping these would be nice to put the pictures of my boys first 12 months but I would not hang these on my wall. They look cheap! They are plastic and it's hard to see the pictures behind the plastic window! Such a waste of money! Kicking myself in the butt hard for this one

    Actually it did and was better than the one I had for a long time. that older one was missing a part though so I had to get a new one and I am happy that the new version uses hard plastic windows instead of a tabbed piece of plastic (one of which was missing)
