Am I the only one who isn’t watching the Oscars??

Thanks for the link – I used Canadian reits in my example but the same logic applies to US reits although you can get Vanguard ETFs much cheaper than our ETFs so it’s probably easier to just get the Vanguard REIT ETF (VNQ).

Actually, I don’t pay anything for preschool, since my son is in Early Childhood Special Ed. But that’s what my son’s preschool costs for kids who aren’t in ECSE. It’s only a couple of mornings a week, though.

Other preschools around here are more expensive, but nowhere near the $30K mentioned in my post.
