Each month I report progress on the growth of My Dollar Plan and my personal net worth growth (coming tomorrow). In addition to keeping me on track for my goals, it’s a great place for you to read the articles that readers found most popular during the month.
Happy Half-Birthday!
My Dollar Plan will turn six months old on Tuesday. Over the last six months I have learned a lot, “met” a lot of new people and had a lot of late nights writing! While it is hard work, it is also fun and I’m enjoying it! Thanks for reading, commenting, and participating at My Dollar Plan!
Site Statistics
My Dollar Plan had 13,671 unique visitors in April. Compared to 11,858 in March, it’s a 15% increase. In addition, there were 32,124 page views.
My Dollar Plan had 521 feed subscribers at the end of April. Compared to 412 at the end of March, that’s a 26% increase. I just missed my goal of 500 subscribers on April 21, but I crossed the milestone a week later. Thank you to all the subscribers who helped make it possible!

You might notice that number 5 never showed up in my feed… it’s because it was written by my husband Scott (yes, the one who thought the idea for this site was crazy). Over the last six months, he’s gone from doubting the idea to enjoying it; he now spends a lot of time helping me work on the technical side.
He even wrote me a custom feature that I activated at tax time to show featured articles; it became so popular that it made my list of top articles for the month! Thanks Scott for all your help… and congrats on the plugin.
