I’m on hold with the retention department at Sprint…. more about that in another post…. depending on how it turns out!

Sprint’s customer service is as bad as the DMV. . . but for some reason I am still with them.

It was worth the time spent! Like Patrick, a deal I couldn’t pass up. I spent just over an hour on the phone.
