Ouch, bet that lawyer got you for some good bit of money but at least you didn’t have to research all the relevant state laws, which you would of had to do with a generic legal form.

@ Evan: Great advice! The parents didn’t write one, since I am the next trustee after they die and very involved. However, I should encourage them to write one in case I die before he does. Thanks for bringing it up. That reminds me, I also want to write a letter of intent to go with our wills for our children.
