For everyone looking for the year end summary, you can access it at chasesapphire.com/summary.

Once you login, you can access your year end summary.

However, I did notice the following information displayed if your year end summary isn't showing.

Your account won't have a Year End Summary if one or more of the following apply to your account:

    * You have fewer than ten transactions during the previous calendar year
    * You were not an active online Cardmember by February 28
    * You are not a Platinum, Signature or Titanium Cardmember
    * Your account is closed

I also attempted to get my year end summary for
chasesapphire.com/summary and there was no entry to log on in that would provide me with
this information.

Will you mail one like you use to??

Glad we could help Jake!

We have several cards from each company (but I tend to fall on the extreme side).

We've never run into any problems, and it's nice to have access to all the various rewards programs.

Thanks a lot for answering my question! I appreciate it! Now my only question is if I neeeeed another Chase card. If I get the Sapphire, I'll have THREE cards earning Ultimate Rewards points (debit card, Chase Freedom, Chase Sapphire)...and as far as I can tell, you can't combine those points for say 1 flight purchase..etc.
I might go ahead with it because I need a Visa card with a decent interest rate, my other cards that I use are Discover and MC.
Is there anything wrong with having several cards from one financial institution?
Thanks again for all the information!
