I been doing research about this $8000 tax credit that the president have sign. I can seem to find much information about.
I'm a first time homebuyer. When my boy friend own his home. My name was on the property tax information but I have no loan with him at all. Would I able to qualify for the tax credit of $8000? And if I did and boy friend co-sign for me, will I still qualify for the $8000? He no longer own a home in 2007. He had bankruptcy all his property and loan he had. Will that Still work?

I have my present home in a trust for the last 12 years, so can I qualify for $8000 tax credit if I buy another home and live in it?

I have been making loan payments on my mobile home since 1997 and I pay lot rent in a mobile home park. Will I qualify for the first time buyer tax credit?
