I'm really glad you shared it with us. There have been a few condo auctions around DC, but nothing quite so cheap. What's scary is that there are foreclosures in the 'burbs that are listed on the market for $60K, but the HOA reserves are trashed so it would be hard to make positive cash flow with mortgage and condo fees combined.
