@ Honest Dollar: I agree American Express is one of the most painless companies to deal with. Besides the 10 minute hold time the first day it was pretty easy to get fixed.

@ Michelle Dawn: Complete relief! When I first opened the letter and saw the charge I almost fell out of my chair.

Sounds like American Express totally deserves being named best card for customer satisfaction in 2007 by J.D. Power & Associates. Every credit card occasionally makes mistakes. It's a good card that will fix the error without much hassle.
