I'm an absolutely huge believer in building passive income, but right now with the huge inflation we are experiencing, we need a pretty decent return just to break even. I've been loading up on commodities for a while now (mostly gold and silver), and while they are outperforming pretty much everything else, I hate how there is no income! My wife and I have some land. The problem is that there is no Number 1. We tell (console?) ourselves that there would be capital appreciation.
